OUR TEAM
Donna Reilly has over 30 years experience as an Occupational Therapist seeing adolescents and adults in the community.
She has extensive experience with aged care clients, helping them remain in their homes and also working with Homecare Package Providers and residential facilities.
Donna has also been working for many years with younger clients with Multiple sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida and other medical and physical conditions.
Donna has been working in the NDIS sector since July 2016.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys volunteering in the community, walking her dog, kayaking and gardening.

JADE PHILLIPS
SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Before joining Out n About OT Jade spent 13 years as an Occupational Therapist working in a range of clinical settings within the hospital, rehabilitation, community and aged care settings.
Jade has extensive experience working with a range of adult and older adult clients in their homes and communities to enable them to remain at home safely and continue to get out and about. She has a wealth of knowledge and skills in prescribing equipment, home modifications, therapy programs, and retraining of daily living skills, cognition, and motor skills.
Jade is passionate about working with her clients to achieve the best outcomes and navigating funding pathways.
Outside of work, Jade is an active mum of two children and a beagle and loves getting outdoors with the family.
NHUNG HUYNH
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Nhung has 11 years experience as an Occupational Therapist working in a range of clinical settings including inpatient rehabilitation, community, and aged care settings.
Nhung has experience working with clients to enable them to remain at home safely and continue to access the community. She has skills in prescribing equipment, home modifications, functional assessments, and retraining of daily living skills, pressure care, cognitive retraining and has a particular interest in upper limb therapy.
Nhung is bilingual and is able to speak Vietnamese.
Outside of work, Nhung is a mum to two little girls and enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and craft.
MELISSA MASLEN
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Melissa assists our Occupational Therapists with researching, assistive technology and administration tasks.
Melissa brings a wealth of experience over 12 years in administration positions.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys reading, spending time with
family and friends, going to the gym and being outdoors.
