DONNA REILLY
DIRECTOR/ OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Donna Reilly brings over 30 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, working with adolescents and adults within the community. She has a wealth of experience with aged care clients, assisting them in staying in their homes, and collaborating with Support at Home Providers and residential facilities. Additionally, Donna has spent many years supporting younger clients with conditions as Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida, and various other medical and physical challenges. Since July 2016, she has been actively involved in the NDIS sector. Outside of work Donna enjoys volunteering, walking her dog, kayaking, gardening and looking after her grandchildren.

JADE PHILLIPS
SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Jade is an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 17 years’ experience across hospital, rehabilitation, community, disability and aged care settings. She works with adolescents, adults and older adults in their homes and communities, supporting people to achieve greater safety, independence, participation and quality of life. Jade works across NDIS, DVA,and Support at Home, with particular expertise in complex physical and neurological disabilities including Spina Bifida, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple System Atrophy, Cerebral Palsy, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes. Her specialist practice includes complex assistive technology prescription, specialised seating and mobility, pressure care and complex home modifications. She is passionate about achieving meaningful outcomes and works collaboratively with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams to provide practical, evidence-informed recommendations that support people to live safely and participate in the activities that matter to them. Outside of work Jade is an engaged mother of two and enjoys sports and spending time outdoors exploring with her family.

NHUNG HUYNH
SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Nhung brings over 13 years of experience across rehabilitation, community practice, aged care, and disability services. She supports older adults, people living with disabilities, young adults with autism, clients with vision and hearing impairment, and those with complex neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, cerebral palsy, motor neurone disease (MND), dementia, and spina bifida. Nhung specialises in functional assessments, complex Assistive Technology (AT) assessments, home modifications, and developing practical, person-centred strategies that promote safety, independence, and meaningful participation. As a bilingual Occupational Therapist fluent in English and Vietnamese, she is passionate about culturally responsive care and improving access to services for diverse communities. Outside of work, Nhung is a proud mum of two beautiful girls and enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and crafting with her family.
