DONNA REILLY
DIRECTOR/ OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Donna Reilly brings over 30 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, working with adolescents and adults within the community. She has a wealth of experience with aged care clients, assisting them in staying in their homes, and collaborating with Support at Home Providers and residential facilities. Additionally, Donna has spent many years supporting younger clients with conditions as Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida, and various other medical and physical challenges. Since July 2016, she has been actively involved in the NDIS sector. Outside of work Donna enjoys volunteering, walking her dog, kayaking, gardening and looking after her grandchildren.
JADE PHILLIPS
SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Jade brings over 17 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, having worked across various clinical environments, including hospitals, rehabilitation, community and aged care facilities. She has a rich background in assisting adult and aged clients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain safety and independence while staying active. Her expertise includes prescribing equipment, home modifications, designing therapy programs, and retraining in daily living skills, cognitive abilities, and motor skills. Passionate about achieving the best outcomes for her clients, Jade also excels in navigating funding pathways. Outside of work, she is an engaged mother of two and a beagle, enjoying outdoor adventures with her family.
NHUNG HUYNH
SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Nhung brings over 13 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, having worked across various clinical environments, including inpatient, rehabilitation and aged care. She specializes in helping clients stay safely at home and access their communities, with expertise in equipment prescription, home modifications, functional assessments, daily living skills retraining, pressure care, cognitive retraining, and upper limb therapy. Nhung is also fluent in Vietnamese and outside of work is a devoted mother of two little girls who enjoys family time, gardening, and craft.
MELISSA MASLEN
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Melissa supports our Occupational Therapists by handling administrative tasks. With over 14 years of experience in administrative roles, she brings valuable expertise to our team. Outside of work, Melissa loves reading, spending quality time with family and friends, going to the gym, and enjoying the outdoors.
