We support adults and adolescents (14 yrs and over) of all abilities to engage in activities they find meaningful.

We are based in the Macarthur region and cover all suburbs of South West Sydney, Western Sydney, Sutherland Shire, Wollondilly Shire and Southern Highlands. 

 

We can visit you at your home, out in the community or at your

residential care facility.

ASSISTIVE EQUIPMENT PRESCRIPTION 
Trials, research, seating and wheelchair assessments, the arrangement of quotes, supplier information and reports for funding

FACILITATING COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION 
Access to leisure, and social pursuits, referral to services, involvement in employment/ volunteering

 

FALLS PREVENTION 
Education, equipment prescription, retraining in daily life tasks

HOME MODIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS 
Portable and permanent solutions, plan diagrams, reports for funding, reports for Housing NSW, Liaison with builders

OTHER 
Retraining in daily living activities, upper limb therapy, Manual handling training, Independent Living Skills Assessments for Housing NSW

Our practice sees clients:

  • From 14 years of age and up, who require Occupational Therapy

  • Adolescents and adults with conditions causing physical limitations

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants

  • Aged care clients wanting to remain at home, they may also have a home care package in place

  • Those in residential care facilities requiring advice and specialised equipment

  • Those with a DVA health card with a GP referral

  • Chronic disease management plan referrals for Occupational Therapy
